1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EasyAudit (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

EasyAudit provides inventory auditing tools, potentially including integration with Clover POS systems. Features and functionality are subject to change.

3. User Accounts

You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Accuracy (Clover Integration)

If using Clover integration, you authorize EasyAudit to access your Clover merchant data as permitted by the access token you provide. While we strive for accuracy, EasyAudit is not responsible for discrepancies originating from the Clover API or data entry errors.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

EasyAudit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, United States.
