By accessing and using EZ Clover Audit (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
EZ Clover Audit provides inventory auditing tools, including integration with Clover POS systems. Features and functionality are subject to change.
You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
If using Clover integration, you authorize EZ Clover Audit to access your Clover merchant data as permitted by the access token you provide. While we strive for accuracy, EZ Clover Audit is not responsible for discrepancies originating from the Clover API or data entry errors.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
EZ Clover Audit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, United States.
